Positive Youth Development through SportIn early 2015, several visionary individuals in Hong Kong started Splash, a charity organization dedicated to 'serving the underserved in the Hong Kong community.' In its initial phases, Splash focused on providing Learn to Swim (LTS) programs to overseas foreign workers (OFWs) and underprivileged children in Hong Kong. I have been fortunate to have worked with this organization over the past year; with a coaching background that primarily involves working with youths, I was asked to help structure and design their youth LTS program.
